Two women walking their dogs came upon two needles and drug paraphernalia in Victoria Park on Friday, November 10, 2023.
At approximately 8:30 a.m. the women were walking in the east end of Victoria Park by the beach when the needles were spotted.
Cobourg Police were notified and arrived to dispose of the items
