Reservations launch with a new online booking system

The Town of Cobourg Community Services Division is pleased to announce that reservations for the 2026 season at the Victoria Park Campground will open on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 9 a.m.

A new campground reservation platform will be introduced for the upcoming season. This new platform aligns with the Town’s ongoing work to improve customer service and modernize systems.

All campers, including returning guests, must create a new online camper profile before making a reservation and are encouraged to do so ahead of time to save time on booking day.

How to Create Your Customer Profile
The Victoria Park Campground registration system is now hosted on ACTIVE Network. To create your customer profile, please follow these steps:

Visit ExperienceCobourg.ca/Campground and click ”How to Build a Customer Profile”

Click “Create Account” located in the top right corner of the Active Network webpage

Enter your email address and click “Next”

On the “Sign up” page, fill in your information as prompted

Create a password for your account, then click “Next”

Complete the remaining required fields and select “Create Account”

An email will be sent to activate your account. Click the link in the email and log in to your account

How to Reserve a Campsite

As of Monday, February 2, at 9 a.m., you may choose to book your stay over the phone (1-800-224-7504) or through the online booking system. A valid credit card is required to complete your reservation.

Visit ExperienceCobourg.ca/Campground and click “Make A Reservation.”
