It was a sold out evening at the Capitol Theatre in Port Hope on Tuesday, October 1, 2025.
The event was called, Canindian:A Celebration of Truth and a celebration of Reconciliation with Tom Jackson and Friends.
It was an evening filled with song, storytelling and performances by Jackson and Indigenous leaders.

Jackson captivated the audience from the moment he was introduced by Municipality of Port Hope Mayor Olena Hankivsky.
