A Public Meeting will be held on September 17, 2025, to review the Development Charges Update Study for the Town of Cobourg.
At the July 16, 2025 Special Council Meeting, Council received a staff report and the Development Charges Update Study presented by Watson and Associates Inc. As per section 12 of the Development Charges Act, a public meeting has been scheduled for September 17, 2025 to review the Development Charges Update Study. Council will provide final review of the Development Charges Update Study By-law at October 29, 2025 Regular Council Meeting.
Public Meeting Details
The Municipal Council of the Town of Cobourg will hold a Public Meeting in the 3rd Floor Council Chambers, Victoria Hall, 55 King Street West, Cobourg on September 17th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
Please note, Council will be meeting at 4:00 p.m. for a Public Meeting regarding a development application for 202 Second Street. The Public Meeting regarding the Development Charges Update Study will begin once this meeting is complete.
