Emergency Services Respond to Two Separate Incidents of People Who Overdosed at Victoria Hall in Cobourg on Monday Morning

Emergency services responded to two overdoses at Victoria Hall in Cobourg on Monday, January 23, 2023.

Emergency services responded to the first incident at 9:13 a.m. to a person in distress by the bathroom on the west side of the building and then at 10:53 a.m. to another person in distress by the bathroom on the east side of the building.

Both people were treated by paramedics at the scene.
