A sign that summer is closer is the Rotary Waterfront Park being installed on Wednesday, May 26, 2021.
The reflecting pond is usually installed after the Waterfront Festival in early July, but due to COVID the Waterfront Festival has been cancelled for this year the pond is being installed earlier this year.
