It’s Officially One-Way

In Local

The Esplanade between Division Street and Third Street as of May 1, 2019 is a one way street for the summer.
Council decided as a result of pedestrian and congestion concerns to make the street a one-way going east to west on a trail basis throughout May, June, July and August.
Some drivers on Wednesday didn’t seem to get the message about the one-way.
The cost for the transformation was estimated at $5,000.
