Cobourg Police Hold Community Meeting After People Voice Concerns of Public Safety

It was standing room only at a community meeting held at the Salvation Army building on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 for residents of the Chipping Park area.

The meeting took in the concerns of area residents not only from Chipping Park, but other areas of town.

After Cobourg Police Chief Paul VandeGraaf spoke for approximately 20-minutes giving crime stats of the area compared to the rest of the town, residents also had the chance to ask questions to the Chief.

VandeGraaf spoke with the media after about the community meeting.
