Cobourg Police – Man Arrested on Warrant

A man has been arrested on a warrant held by the Cobourg Police Service.

On the afternoon of July 14, 2021, officers with the Ontario Provincial Police arrested a man wanted on a
warrant held by the Cobourg Police Service.

As a result, 48-year-old David Jenereaul of Colborne is charged with the following offences:

Harassing Communications contrary to Section 372(3) of the Criminal Code

Fail to Comply with Probation contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code x2

Criminal Harassment contrary to Section 264(2)(b) of the Criminal Code

Fail to attend court contrary to Section 145(2)(b) of the Criminal Code

Fail to attend fingerprints contrary to Section 145(4)(b) of the Criminal Code

Jenereaul was released on an Undertaking with a future court date.
