Cobourg Police – Fail To Comply Arrests

On Wednesday March 11th 2020 Police were on general patrol and observed two known parties walking together in the Town of Cobourg; Police were aware the parties were on conditions not to communicate with each other.

As a result of the investigation Laura BOULD, a 39-year-old female from Havelock and Joshua THOMPSON, a 42-year-old male from the Barrie area were arrested and held for bail hearings.
BOULD was charged with the following offences:

1. Fail to Comply with Undertaking – Contrary to Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada
2. Fail to Comply with Undertaking – Contrary to Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada
3. Fail to Comply with Undertaking – Contrary to Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada
4. Fail to Comply with Undertaking – Contrary to Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada

THOMPSON was charged with the following offences:
1. Fail to Comply with Undertaking – Contrary to Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada
2. Fail to Comply with Undertaking – Contrary to Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada
3. Fail to Comply with Probation – Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
4. Possession of Illicit Cannabis – Contrary to Section 8(1)(b) of the Cannabis Act
