Cobourg Police – Cobourg Man Charged With Daytime Break and Enter

On Wednesday March 11th 2020 Police were dispatched to an address in the east end of Cobourg for a report of a break and enter.

As a result of the investigation Nicholas BURR, a 30-year-old male from the Town of Cobourg was arrested and charged with the following offences:

1. Break and Enter a Dwelling House with the Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence – Contrary to Section348(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada

2. Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 – Contrary to Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada

3. Fail to Comply with Probation – Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada

 

BURR was held for a bail hearing.
