Drug Arrests Peterborough Police

Two Peterborough men are facing charges following a Thursday morning vehicle stop where police seized suspected fentanyl, crack cocaine, heroin and a large quantity of cash.

 

As a result of an ongoing investigation, on April 12, 2018 at approximately 11:30 a.m. members of the Intelligence, Crime Analyst, Asset Forfeiture and Drug (ICAD) Unit conducted a vehicle stop in a Hunter Street East parking lot.

 

As a result of this stop, police located the co-accused inside the motor vehicle along with a quantity of suspected fentanyl, heroin and crack cocaine. Officers also seized a large quantity of cash and digital scales.

 

As a result of the investigation the following persons were arrested and charged:

 

Chad Andrew O’Connor, 29, of Cherryhill Road, Peterborough is charged with the following:

 

  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (Fentanyl)
  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (Cocaine)
  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (Heroin)

 

Victor Bradbury, 32, of Hunter Street West, is charged with the following:

 

  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (Heroin)
  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (Cocaine)
  • Possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000
  • Fail to comply with a probation order

 

Both accused were held in custody and are scheduled to appear in court later today (April 13).
