Subject: Public Disclosure Mayors Office Corporate Credit Card
Under the authority of Part VI.1 (Special Powers and Duties of Head of Council) of the Municipal Act, 2001 Sections 284.3 & 284.4 (Direction to Employees) the Mayor may direct staff:

I, Mayor Lucas Cleveland, hereby direct staff, under section 284.3 of the Act to:

The Director of Corporate Services/ Treasurer publish the monthly corporate credit card bank statements assigned to the office of the Mayor immediately upon being received by the Town and to be posted on the Office of the Mayor website for public disclosure.

This Directive takes effect on October 3rd 2025, and remains in effect unless and until it is revoked in writing by the Mayor in writing and filed with the Town Clerk.
