City of Kawartha Lakes OPP – Investigation Into Vehicle Fire

Members of the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) entered into an Arson investigation following a vehicle fire on May 4, 2025

On May 4, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., officers were notified of a single motor vehicle fire by Kawartha Lakes Fire on Murray Street in Fenelon Falls, ON. Officers attended and located a burnt-out vehicle in a field with no occup ants. The investigation remains ongoing, and we are seeking the publics assistance.
