Video – Fence Comes Down Around the Former Brookside Youth Centre Property

Happy times for people traveling along King Street East in Cobourg on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

A fence that had been around the former Brookside Youth Centre since June 2024 was taken down on Thursday.

Today’s Northumberland has reached out for comment from the current owner of the property, York Developments.

The property was sold by Infrastructure Ontario to Terraco Development Inc. on November 29, 2024 and then later sold to York Developments.
