Peterborough Police – Ongoing Police Investigation

Please be aware there will be extra police presence, including the OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit and the Peterborough Police Service Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS), in the area of Lock 19, Lansdowne Street and River Road South area, for an ongoing police investigation.

It’s expected police will be in the area for several hours starting at 10:00am.  There is no threat to public safety.
