The Port Hope Panthers are down to two more chances to eliminate the Napanee Raiders from the Provincial Junior Hockey League playoffs.

After falling behind 3-0 in the best-of-seven Tod Division semifinal, the Raiders have now won two straight including 4-0 Wednesday night at the Strathcona Paper Centre in Napanee.

The Raiders took a 1-0 lead out of the first period and, following a scoreless second, tacked on three more goals in the final frame.

Goaltender Bailey Maracle had a 33-save shutout performance for Napanee. Sam Dingle turned aside 34 of the 38 shots he faced in a losing cause for Port Hope.

The Panthers still lead the series 3-2 and will host Game 6 on Thursday at 8 p.m. at the Jack Burger Sports Complex in Port Hope.

If necessary, the seventh-and-deciding contest will be played Sunday afternoon in Napanee.
