Castleton’s 7th annual Pet Parade took place on Sunday, December 4, 2022 in Cramahe Township.

Starting at 2 p.m. at the Castleton Public School a total of 82 dogs, 12 horses, four goats and one sheep (who thinks she’s a dog) started off for the annual walk.

Along the way there were a number of people looking forward to the parade of pets and even brought theirs to the side of the road to watch.

At the end of the parade was Santa Claus in a horse drawn carriage.

Committee members for the parade are Laura Berman, Delia Leggett, Ingrid Schumacher, Michelle White, Brenda Rolfe, Kristin Dingman-Price and Tracey Doidge.
