The Port Hope Heritage Business Improvement Area and the Port Hope District Chamber of Commerce Celebrate the Port Hope Arts Festival with Impressions of Hope

Locals and visitors are invited to submit their best photos of Port Hope for a chance to win.

This inaugural event opens August 3rd; submissions deadline, September 15th.

“We hope to see all the hidden corners and treasures that you find in Port Hope,” says Jamie Byers, Manager of the Port Hope HBIA.

Participants can submit their photographs in the following categories:

In Everyone’s Business · Out and About · Rural Roots · Wet and Wild · Days Gone By

For details and to participate please visit: www.impressionsofhope.com

Participants will be entered into a random draw to win prizes from local businesses. One photograph in every category will be selected.

“I hope this event will showcase to the rest of Ontario just how beautiful our little town is,” says Martha Ciana, Chair of the HBIA and local business owner. “Art has the power to bring people together and as we welcome many new residents and visitors, this is a great opportunity to take a closer look at our community.”
