Cobourg Police – Mischief Arrest

Woman charged with mischief after police respond to a suspicious person call.


On Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at 9:00 pm, police were dispatched to an address downtown Cobourg regarding
a suspicious person. The complainant advised that they observed an individual tampering with their vehicle.


As a result of further police investigation, Lillian Parish, a 35-year-old woman from Cobourg, was arrested and
charged with the following offence:

Mischief – Contrary to Section 430(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
The accused was released on an undertaking with conditions and a future court date
