Breaking News – Cramahe Township Fire Chief Resigns

Cramahe Township Fire Chief Tim Burgess has resigned as of September 3, 2020.

“During his five years with the Township, Tim has been a volunteer firefighter, Assistant Fire Chief and Fire Chief,” said Chief Administrative Officer Arryn McNichol.

“Tim’s hard work and dedication is an inspiration to staff. Tim continues to actively support the community through his volunteer work with groups such as the Apple Blossom Committee and CRH Ogden Point Quarry CAP.”

“The Township thanks him for his service and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours,” stated McNichol.

Today’s Northumberland has reached out to Burgess for comment.
