Cobourg Police – Male Arrested on Warrants

On December 24th, 2019, Officers of the Cobourg Police Service were conducting general patrol in the area of Division street in the Town of Cobourg. At approximately 1:27 pm, Officers observed a male known to them who was wanted on 2 outstanding warrants.

The male was arrested on the strength of the warrants and held in police custody for bail court.

Charged with the following is 45 year old Mark WHITEFIELD of Cobourg:

– 2 counts of failing to comply with probation contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code

– Fail to attend court contrary to section 145(2)(b) of the Criminal code
