Cobourg Police – Woman Facing Numerous Charges

On Tuesday November 26th, 2019 members of the Cobourg Police Service were on general patrol in the downtown area of the Town of Cobourg.

Police observed Sandra STUBER, a 30-year-old female from the Town of Cobourg. Police were aware there were grounds to arrest STUBER for numerous criminal charges from prior incidents.

As a result of Police investigation, the accused, Sandra STUBER was arrested and charged with weapons dangerous – contrary to section 88 of the Criminal Code of Canada, possession of a prohibited weapon – contrary to section 91(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada and breach of probation – contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was held for a bail hearing.
