The Town of Cobourg public-works department has announced it will offer curbside pick-up of Christmas trees between Jan 9 and 18.
The town’s press release requests that residents place trees at curbside the night prior to pick-up. They should not be wrapped in plastic, and all nails, metal, ornaments, tree stands and tinsel must be removed.
The town advises that adverse weather conditions may delay pick-up on any given day – for more information, call the public-works department at 905-372-9971.
