Cobourg Police – Indecent Exposure Investigation

The Cobourg Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect involved in an indecent exposure incident.

On Saturday September 22nd, 2018 members of the Cobourg Police attended the Cobourg Library for a report of male suspect exposing himself to a female victim. It is alleged the incident occurred on the second floor of the Library at approximately 3:10pm the same day.

The suspect is described as male, white, 5’8”-5’9”, skinny to average build, 30 to 40 years of age, a large brown beard, wearing thick rimmed glasses, a black shirt and camouflaged patterned pants. He may possibly also go by the first name of “Luke”.

 

NOTE: Today’s Northumberland has launched a complaint with the Ontario Civilian Police Commission as a result of being banned from press releases from the Cobourg Police Service.
