Support for Humboldt from Communities Across Canada

In Community, National

Matt Haley and his eight-year-old daughter Cora put their hockey sticks outside their Robinson Drive home in Cobourg.

TSN announcer Brian Munz posted a picture from a friend living in Humboldt, Sask., on his Twitter feed.  It was a simple message, “leaving it out on the porch tonight.  The boys might need it…wherever they are.”

The message has gone viral across Canada and beyond with hockey sticks being left on porches for people to show their support for the community of Humboldt.
