Northumberland police discover fentanyl

The Northumberland OPP Community Street Crime Unit continues to investigate this seizure that totalled 20,000 light blue coloured pills that tested positive as fentanyl.
Police are warning the public that the fentanyl pills were stamped ‘A215’, a designation attributed to oxycodone 30mg.

The OPP is issuing a warning to the public that these counterfeit pills are possibly in circulation and to not ingest any medications not prescribed by a physician.
