Toronto Area Men Charged With Trespassing and Illegal Fishing

Two Toronto area men are facing charges after a Conservation Officer stopped them in Alnwick/Haldimand Township on Sunday, April 7, 2019.
At approximately 6 p.m. a Conservation Officer with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry stopped a vehicle on Station Road south of Grafton near Shelter Valley Creek.
The vehicle was inspected and through investigation both men were charged with trespassing and angling fish during closed season.
Each of the anglers faces fines of up to $305.
Along with being aware of the fishing regulations anglers, must not trespass on other peoples property.
