Cobourg Police – Ongoing Investigation Regarding Stolen Vehicle

The Cobourg Police Service is investigating a motor vehicle theft reported last Friday. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.

On July 31, 2026, at approximately 12:00 p.m., police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the area of Queen Street near Victoria Park in Cobourg. The complainant reported that they had parked their black 2025 Jeep Wrangler on Queen Street and discovered it missing upon returning to the area.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information or who may have dashcam or security footage of the area is asked to contact the Cobourg Police Service at 905-372-6821 or provide an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), or online at stopcrimehere.ca. Tips submitted through Crime Stoppers may be eligible for a cash reward.
