Six People Transported to Hospital Following Head-On Collision East of Grafton

Six people were taken to hospital following a head-on collision east of Grafton on Saturday, January 17, 2026.

At approximately 10 a.m. emergency services were dispatched to County Road 2, just east of Grafton for a head-on collision.

Alnwick/Haldimand Township Fire Department, along with three ambulances from Northumberland County Paramedics and Northumberland OPP responded to the collision.

Six people were transported to hospital – all with minor injuries.

Roads were snow covered at the time of the collision.
