Port Hope Police – Drug Possession Charges (No Name Released)

In the early morning hours of September 19, 2025, Port Hope Police officers observed a vehicle parked behind a local business on Toronto Road. The vehicle appeared suspicious and was investigated.

During the investigation, officers located suspected cocaine and psilocybin (magic mushrooms), along with drug paraphernalia.

A 33-year-old male from Port Hope was arrested and charged with:

Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine)

Possession of a Controlled Substance (Psilocybin)

The accused was released on an Appearance Notice with a future court date.

Port Hope Police remind the community to report suspicious activity.
