Northumberland OPP – Person Struck by Train in Serious Condition

OPP responded to a report of an individual who had been struck by a train just outside of Cobourg on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at around 3:40 a.m.

The individual was airlifted to a Toronto-area trauma centre with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

No charges were laid, and the incident is not considered suspicious.
