Update – Cobourg Police – Two Cobourg Men Charged After Four Vehicle Collision

Two Cobourg residents are facing charges after police responded to a motor vehicle collision Monday morning.

On July 14, 2025, at approximately 9:00a.m., police responded to the area of Elgin Street East and Birchwood Trail in Cobourg for a report of a multiple motor vehicle collision.

As a result of the police investigation, two drivers, a 41-year-old man and a 19-year-old man, were both charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. Both were released on an undertaking with a future court date.
