HKPR District Health Unit – Board of Health Meeting Schedule for December 7, 2023

The in-person meeting will be LIVE streamed through the HKPR District Health Unit’s YouTube Channel

The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge, District Health Unit (HKPR District Health Unit) would like to advise media and the community of an upcoming Board of Health meeting scheduled for Thursday, December 7, at 9:30 a.m.

The Board of Health meeting will be held in-person at Dalewood Golf Club located at 7465 Dale Road, Cobourg, and recorded LIVE and streamed through the HKPR District Health Unit’s YouTube Channel.

Items on the Board of Health meeting agenda include:

• Business Arising: Update from Joint Board Merger Exploration Working Group

• Business Arising: Zonnic Nicotine Pouches

• Medical Officer of Health Update

• Reports: Nurse Family Partnership and the Parenting Philosophy

• New Business: 2024 Budget

• Correspondence: Consideration for Aligning Federal and Provincial Dental Programs to Improve Oral Health
