Followers of Today’s Northumberland spotted a needle and paraphernalia along King Street at Durham Street in downtown Cobourg on Saturday, August 26, 2023.
Cobourg, like most other towns and cities isn’t immune to the drug culture, but it’s another sign that you have to be cautious when you’re out walking – no matter where you are.
