Darkness in Downtown Cobourg

Power was out for approximately two hours in parts of Cobourg including downtown.

The power went out at approximately 8 p.m. and was restored shortly before 10 p.m.

Lakefront Utilities said the cause was a “lead out of an air break switch failed.”
