A local man, Stephen Dean and his ex-wife, Nadine Dean are both charged with sexual assault on a 19-year-old female.
The victim who was known to the Dean’s was at their apartment in September 2021 when the assault occurred.
Stephen Dean is charged with sexual assault, forcible confinement and uttering a death threat.
Nadine Dean is charged with sexual assault and forcible confinement.
Stephen Dean was arrested on January 10th, 2022, Nadine Dean was arrested the following day January 11, 2022.
Both will appear in court in early February to answer to the charges.
