Cobourg Police – Man Arrested on Warrant

On Monday, August 9, 2021, police were notified by Durham Regional Police that 26-year-old Bryson DAM of
no fixed address had been arrested in Oshawa on the strength of an unendorsed warrant held with Cobourg
Police Service.

DAM was transported to the Cobourg Police Station, where he was held for a bail hearing for the following
offences:

1) Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to section 355(b) of the Criminal Code
2) Fail to Attend Court contrary to section 145(2)(b) of the Criminal Code
3) Fail to Attend Fingerprints contrary to section 145(3) of the Criminal Code
4) Obstruct Peace Officer contrary to section 129(a) of the Criminal Code

DAM is to appear in court on August 10, 2021.
