Quinte West OPP – Three Charged Following Drug Investigation

The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged three people following a drug investigation.
On March 11, 2021 at approximately 6:00 a.m., the Quinte West OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) with the assistance of the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) conducted a Controlled Dru gs and Substances Act (CDSA) search of a residence on Kerr Crescent in Trenton.

As a result of the search, a quantity of suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia were seized and three people were arrested.


Jessie DRAKER, 39 years old, Jillian Fisher, 26 years old, both of Quinte West and Darrell WEISS, 35 years old of Kingston have been charged with the following:
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl; and
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamine
The accused were released on Undertakings and are scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on April 19, 2021.
