Northumberland County – Potential Disruption of Waste and Recycling Collection

In City Hall

Northumberland County is advising that some residents may experience disruptions in waste and recycling collection today due to inclement weather conditions.

In the event that collection does not occur by 6:00 p.m., please remove your waste and recyclables from the curbside and place them out again on your next regularly scheduled collection day. In this case, up to four properly tagged garbage bags can be set out for the next collection.

Northumberland County regrets any inconvenience and is working with the collection contractor to minimize disruptions to the collection schedule.
