Downtown Cobourg Lot Will Be Closed Temporarily

In City Hall

By Cecilia Nasmith/Today’s Northumberland
The Town of Cobourg reminds everyone that the Covert Street parking lot downtown will be closed at the end of this week, between 7 a.m. Thursday and 5 p.m. Friday.

This closure will permit repairs to the street-light feeds, the announcement said.

During this time, parking will not be available in this lot. Any vehicles left in the Covert Street lot overnight may be ticketed or possibly towed.

The town expresses its appreciation for your patience and understanding during this period of repair.

For more information, call the Public Works Division at 905-373-9971.
