Update – Port Hope Police – Man Seriously Injured Colliding With Train

A Durham Region man is in hospital after ran into a train that was passing the Hope Street south rail way crossing Wednesday evening. Emergency Services responded to the tracks by Esco shortly before 9:00 pm on Wednesday, May 14, 2020.

The man was rushed to Northumberland Hills Hospital and then later airlifted to Toronto with undisclosed injuries.

Port Hope Police are continuing the investigation.
