Friends Brightening Up Area With Messages of Support

In Local

Two children brightened up the day in the Port Hope area on Tuesday, May 12, 2020.

Grace Grouette (age 12) and Olivia Dunford (age 9) from Port Hope came up with the idea of painting rocks and created artwork with inspirational messages.

On Tuesday they took them to various seniors homes and even McDonald’s reminding everyone to stay safe.

Among the places they took them were Regency Manor, Extendicare, McDonald’s, Dollarama, Pet Value, Food Basics and the Beer Store.

The two friends plan on positive thoughts around to other areas including Northumberland Hills Hospital.
