Tower of Port Hope Residents Get Special Parade From Friends and Family

The Tower of Port Hope Retirement Residence held a parade to lift the spirits of people at the facility.

On April 24, 2020 at 2 p.m. a number of vehicles including a tow-truck, antique vehicle and being lead by the Port Hope Police Service paraded through the parking lot of the facility.

A number of relatives of people at the facility dressed up their cars as the parade went through the parking lot.

“It lifted their spirits during this difficult time and it showed these amazing folks they are loved,” said Teshia Smith who is Life Enrichment Coordinator at the Tower of Port Hope
