“Faster Moving” Truck Flips Over On Off-Ramp At Cobourg After Apparently Going Too Fast

A truck hauling peat moss flipped over on the eastbound off-ramp of Highway 401 at County Road 45 on Tuesday, April 7, 2020.

The truck with the company name “Faster Moving” was ironically going to fast on the off-ramp to northbound County Road 45 when it flipped on its side.

The driver suffered minor injuries and the peat moss was unloaded by McCracken’s Towing and members of the Cobourg Fire Department before the truck was uprighted.

The driver suffered minor injuries and was charged at the scene with careless driving.
