Update – Peterborough County – Suspect Located and Arrest Involving Allegations of Sexual Assault

The suspect was arrested yesterday afternoon and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough later today for a bail hearing. The Peterborough County OPP would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.

(PETERBOROUGH COUNTY, ON) – Detectives with the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating allegations of sexual assault which occurred in the townships of Asphodel-Norwood and Havelock-Belmont-Methuen.

Det ectives are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a suspect wanted on a warrant as a result of the investigation.

Kaleb GORDON is described as a male, 22 years of age, 5’6″ (173 cm), 130 lbs (59kg), with hazel eyes and brown hair.

The suspect is known to frequent the Norwood, Havelock, Marmora and Belleville areas.

Anyone having contact with this suspect or information in regards to their whereabouts is asked to contact the Peterborough County OPP at 705-742-0401 or toll free at 1-888-310-1122 or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
