Cobourg Police – Female Arrested on Warrant and Charged with Drug Possession

On Tuesday December 10th 2019 at approximately 2:00 PM Cobourg Police Service members on uniform patrol observed a female wanted on an outstanding warrant held by the Peterborough Police Service in the area of in the Town of Cobourg.

As a result of the investigation, officers arrested 29-year-old Llewellyn Dowle of Cobourg on the strength of the outstanding warrant.

Dowle was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (suspected fentanyl) contrary to Sec.4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act and was held for a show cause hearing.
