Four People Taken To Hospital Following Collision On Highway 401 at Coborug

Four people were taken to hospital following a collision on Highway 401 at Cobourg on Tuesday, November 12, 2019.

At approximately 11:20 a.m. a vehicle appeared to be exiting the off-ramp at County Road 45 in Cobourg when it lost control, spun around and slammed into a light standard knocking it over, partially on the roadway.

Emergency services attended the scene including Northumberland OPP, Northumberland Paramedics, Hamilton Township Fire Department and Cobourg Fire Department.

Four people were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
