On the 12th of October 2019, officers of the Cobourg Police were on general patrol in the area of Spring St and Orange St. A female known to Police as 40 year old Dorothy Jean FERGUSON, from Cobourg, was observed and known to be wanted on multiple Warrants.
FERGUSON was arrested and charged with:
Fail to Comply with Probation contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code x 9,
Fail to Comply with Undertaken contrary to section 145(5.1),
Breach of Conditional Sentence Order contrary to section 742.6 of the Criminal Code x 5,
Theft Under $5000 contrary to section 334(b) of the Criminal Code and Assault contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code.
FERGUSON was held in custody for a Bail Hearing.
