On Friday October 4th 2019 Police arrested a Cobourg resident, 30 year old Justin YOUNG, after determining that he was currently wanted on an outstanding warrant for Failing to Attend Court – Contrary to Section 145 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
YOUNG was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in November.
